I am an internationally published writer and poet, originally from Los Angeles, now living in Ireland with my husband, 2 pugs and 2 cats. Congratulations and LOVED the poem.
” I unravel in his palm, a plaything
for him to mock and cajole.
He locks the doors with dead bolts
and tears out my peach pit heart.”
So evocative and strong. Is this at all about The Punisher?
